What you are purchasing. Participation as a guest within Mindset Mastery Moments, a programme produced by ElevateCast Media for broadcast on The NOW Television Network. You are not purchasing your own television series, programme or time slot, any ownership interest in the programme or the network, a guaranteed segment length, air date or number of airings, or advertising spots, promotional airtime or additional produced clips.
Production and editorial control. ElevateCast Media determines the format, direction, editing, final segment length, running order and air date. Your participation is subject to editorial fit, production standards and scheduling availability. We may edit your contribution for length, clarity, compliance and broadcast standards, and may decline to broadcast material we judge unsuitable.
Grant of rights. You grant ElevateCast Media and Fulfillment Empowerment Network LLC the irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide right to record your appearance in audio and video; to edit, produce, broadcast, rebroadcast, stream, syndicate and archive the programme containing it in any medium now known or later developed; to use your name, likeness, voice, image, biography, business name and logo in connection with the programme and its promotion; and to use excerpts in promotional material. This grant is not limited in time or territory.
Network distribution. The NOW Television Network publishes availability figures for its distribution footprint across cable, satellite and streaming platforms. Those figures describe where the network can be received. They are not the number of viewers of your appearance, audiences across platforms overlap and should not be added into a single total, and no level of viewership, reach or engagement is promised or guaranteed.
Recording and consent to appear. You consent to being recorded in audio, video and photographic form by ElevateCast Media or its production partners, in connection with the guest package you have purchased.
Name, likeness and voice. You grant ElevateCast Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your name, likeness, image, voice, biography, professional title, organisation name and the statements you make during the recording, in the produced feature and in material promoting that feature and the ElevateCast Media properties.
Editing. You understand that recordings are edited. ElevateCast Media may cut, rearrange, caption, subtitle, add music and graphics, create short clips and otherwise edit the recording at its editorial discretion, provided the edit does not materially misrepresent your stated position.
Distribution. You consent to distribution of the produced feature through the ElevateCast Media podcast, editorial and television channels and their syndication partners.
No payment. You understand that you will not be paid, and are not entitled to any royalty, residual or share of revenue, for your appearance or for the use of the recording.
Your statements. You confirm that the statements you make are your own, are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You will not make false or misleading claims, including unsubstantiated medical, financial or earnings claims.
Third-party material. If you supply or reference material you do not own, including music, images, logos, client names or quoted text, you confirm you have the right to do so and that we may use it in the produced feature.
Release. You release ElevateCast Media, Fulfillment Empowerment Network LLC and their officers, employees and production partners from any claim arising out of the recording, editing, publication or promotion of your feature, except for claims arising from their own wilful misconduct.
Minors. Guests must be at least eighteen years old.
The publishing service. ElevateCast Media prepares a factual, newsworthy article or press release about your announcement and submits it, after your written approval, to a third-party press release distribution provider, which syndicates it to its publication network.
Standard Visibility inclusions. A professionally prepared newsworthy article or press release of approximately 500 to 800 words, one consolidated revision round, up to three client-supplied images, distribution with a provider guarantee of 100 or more publication placements, search-engine indexing submission, a provider delivery report in PDF and Excel with an ElevateCast summary, and one social caption for your own channels.
Paid distribution, not earned editorial. These are paid syndicated placements. A distributed release is not an independent journalist’s reporting or endorsement. Placement counts are publication counts, not unique readers, impressions or engagement. Search-engine submission does not guarantee indexing, ranking or traffic, and no part of this service guarantees sales, clients, revenue, speaking engagements or other business outcomes. Publication logos and media marks may only be used where you separately hold the rights to use them.
What happens after payment. Your private onboarding opens once payment is confirmed. There you submit your news angle, factual sources, approved quotes, website links and images you hold permission to use. Production begins once that intake is complete.
Your approval. You receive the prepared copy for review and use the revision round included in your tier. Nothing is submitted for distribution until you give written approval of the final copy.
Editorial standards and acceptance. ElevateCast Media retains editorial judgement over headline, structure and house style, and may decline to publish or ask you to amend any claim it cannot substantiate. Acceptance and publication remain subject to the distribution provider’s own editorial standards.
Materials, accuracy and permissions. You supply the news angle, the underlying facts, any quotes you wish attributed, website links and images. You confirm the information is accurate and not misleading, that quotes attributed to a named person were approved by that person, that you hold the rights to every image you supply including any person appearing in it, and that nothing you supply infringes a third party’s rights or breaches an agreement you are under. You indemnify ElevateCast Media and Fulfillment Empowerment Network LLC against claims arising from material you supplied.
Licence. You grant ElevateCast Media and Fulfillment Empowerment Network LLC a non-exclusive right to prepare, submit, publish, distribute and promote the release, and to use your name, likeness and biography in connection with it. The underlying facts and quotes remain yours.
Timing. Production timelines are set during onboarding and depend on your intake and approvals. Delays caused by incomplete intake or slow approval move the schedule accordingly. Distribution dates are set by the provider.
Your conduct and content. Your contribution will be your own, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and lawful. You will not present as fact any claim you cannot substantiate, including claims about income, results, qualifications, endorsements or regulated subjects such as health, legal or financial outcomes. You confirm your participation does not breach any agreement, exclusivity arrangement or employer obligation you are under, and you indemnify ElevateCast Media and Fulfillment Empowerment Network LLC against claims arising from your statements or material you supplied.
Release of claims. You release ElevateCast Media, Fulfillment Empowerment Network LLC, their officers, staff, contractors and broadcast partners from any claim arising from the recording, editing, broadcast or promotion of your appearance, including any claim of defamation, invasion of privacy, false light or right of publicity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No guarantee of outcome. Participation creates a media asset and an opportunity. It does not promise clients, revenue, speaking engagements, press interest or any other business result.
